英検2級17年度第3回のライティング問題ですが、以下解答だと何点くらいになるのでしょうか？

I think that the number of cars in cities should not be limited.
There are two reasons.
First of all, if number of cars limits, car companies can not sell its cars and the economy will be decreasing.
Also, today, cars technology is being increasing, so spending gas is decreasing.
Because of all the reasons above, I think that the number of cars in cities should not be limited.
