の記述あり。

CALDにも
The doctor examined him and took his temperature (= measured it).

MEDにも
take someone’s temperature (=measure it):
She took his temperature and sent him to bed.

推測だけど、ふつうのspeakingでは体温を計るはtakeを使い、formalなwritingとかでmeasureを使うのでは？
気温は計測するというformal感？があるからmeasureを使う機会が多いのかな？
