"Romeo and Juliet" は下ネタだらけだ。

友人の Mercutio が主人公 Romeo を呼び出すとき、
「お前が愛している Rosaline の目や額や唇や脚や膝、そして
例の大事な持ち物 (demesnes) の名によってお前を呼び出すぞ」
というような意味のことを言って、Romeo を呼び出す。ここでの
demesnes を辞書で引きなおしてみると、本来は大きな財産を
意味するものすごく重い意味のある言葉だと再確認した。
demesnes は、ここでは女性の秘部を指す。

MERCUTIO:
I conjure thee by Rosaline's bright eyes,
By her high forehead and her scarlet lip,
By her fine foot, straight leg and quivering thigh
And the ●demesnes● that there adjacent lie,
That in thy likeness thou appear to us!
