It depends on the area, but the most common cars around here are ford trucks.
As you move into the city though, the cars are generally getting smaller and smaller.

If you would like to see some examples of the various cars that are driven in America, I recommend this youtube channel:
https://www.youtube.com/user/RegularCars

It is all in English though! So I don't know how easy his humor will be for you to understand.

I don't want foreign cars. I just want SUV from Japanese brands and want to drive a long distance.

By the way I've been wanting to go to ikea in Yokohama but it's a bit far away from my area :(
Well it's just 2 hours from my house but to me it's so 遠い… because I'm not a big fan of driving a car.
Driving makes me so tired because of traffics and super bad drivers...especially on weekends

Lately i have problem with my body.i found that that caused by Autonomic Imbalance
So trying to heal myself with "natural healing power". I think iam not in bad condition of it yet.

It is important to identify the source of the stress in your daily life.
Your natural healing power is maximized when you set
your strong never-give-up mind on overcoming the disease.

At least i have energy to read those medical type of articles to get to know that symptoms.
when you have desire to know something .that good chance to read it in English.which makes ur reading skill

Let me tell you something funny strange or which could be haha.
I'm a middle aged man and since I was very young, I have this feeling.
That is, I somehow feel comfortable singing female's songs. When I sing men's songs
like Rock, I feel something is strange inside. I somehow feel comfortable
singing chick's songs which lyrics is written from a girls's stand point.
I'm single but I don't think I'm gay but I think singing Avril Lavine is
more comfortable than, say, singing nickel buck or something tough guys songs.
Usually, I sing in my head, and when I sing girls's songs, I'm in a girl mode
like, if the song is about a girl who has a boy she wants to go out with, I feel
like I was in the same position like her and I don't feel awkward at all.
I never loved a boy or a man but still, I don't feel strange about me in the
girl's position and actually I'm very comfortable with that. When I sing a song about a
man who loves his girlfriend or who wants to hit on a girl, I feel a bit
strange. Maybe I have a fraction of homosexuality in me? My heavy rotation
these days is Carly Rae Jepsen's "I really like you." Even when I sing
her signature song "Call me baby," I don't feel awkward. I even put myself
in the girl's position in the song, and I don't feel awkward. Am I gay?

797 :名無しさん@英語勉強中:2015/09/13(日) 04:52:18.89 ID:tNhhfjjW.net
Maybe rather, I put myself in a position of the boy a girls loves in
the lyrics by singing girls' songs and I want to feel as if I had a woman who
loves me. Anyway I'm not normal.

It sounds a lil odd but not strange so much. Some people can feel extasy when changing themselfs,
from normal you to hero,to idol singing in screen.if you can think it is real you singing about man with love rather than normal real life you,
you might have homosexial mind in ur heart.for me i prefer to hear Man's song which is songs makes me feel I have talent to singing as them.
so i do.But when it comes to listen radio, youtube video as tool of studying English I prefer woman voice that is easier to hear for me and comfy.
Simply I want to hear and feel woman's voice and through my ear and feel sexualism from their voice.

One thin I worry about is that after doing onany ,I want to hear man's song via youtube.my mind can be like this..
"okey.. it's done ..so i want to listen music..lalala"but why i always choose man's songs?it depends on what kind of songs you hear always,
but this feeling a lil bit makes me feel "do i have chance to be gay..?" nah.. it is not so easy to know yourself and to get to know which ..
I heard that there are very few percent but every ppl have possibily to be bisexual and homsexial in your heart.

ordinary japanese people must have learned that prepositions should be (or "must" be) followed by nouns.
i also felt bewildered/surprised when i first saw non "preps+nouns" english phrases after having graduated from school

e.g. she appeared "from behind the cabinet".

I think the reason why Germany accept the refugee is not only by humanitarian grounds but also by economic one.
The nation conquered a problem of Reunification which brought huge population growth. It gobbled up population and
by doing so still keeps steady economic growth.

If you ask me I don't like America.how about ppl.. yeah,I must admit that many ppl living there is not good if they are always right.
Because they don't care about what they do to overseas.and they are belivebing that america is brave, justice, and leader of the world.

the propakanda from them is successed. halliwood,tv show,fashion..
Do you ever think it's too much of european models..
even santaclaus, christ. it have something to do with the image-buliding strategy.Japanese are belived to that they are good ,even...they belive they have something special.
I am fed up with this. And nowadays Japanese say that when they see someone who are good at speaking... oh they are cool.lot alone for foreigners but asians..
what's worse Japanese dont realize the meaning of what exactly i am saying.I lived in overseas few years and I sometimes saw Japanese woman who believe european is cool but they never say
Japanese is cool. All of those people did Japan-sage was woman.what bitches...
So I really hate such kind of people who are not proud of themself.

I get the idea that they just came to have some stupidly far left people in charge over time, largely due to not wanting to be seen as nazis.
I don't think that right now they are actively trying to avoid being called nazis but rather this is the result of that mentality in the past.

Do you know how painter life is.I know how it is. I am the one.
I have to work hard more, and need to toughen up to make what I want to do happen. If I can't sell my drawings in a month,I need to get parttime-job.
In this past few monthes I do my job and dipping into the saving of my account. Many people seem don't understand my aim and why I choose this kind of life.
Self-hired life suits me.Everytime I see those people who are in suitstyle with boring face on the way to their office, they makes me think I don't want to be like that,
perherps ,never be able to go back such life I used to do.I know those job and people is needed in this society. One thing I dont like of typical-sarari-man style is that
why do they wear same suit everyday instead of casual clothes,Japanese traditional clothes.I don't wanna follow without thinking.Don't wanna be one of followers.
I am used to be missunderstood, not be accepted with narrow minded people. If i can go step in good field,i can meet good people to accept me,for that I need highskill for my job though.
In art fieled and whatever job,if you are poor skill, you are nothing. that is hard thing when purthing way of fleerancer.Company never protect you.
The thing is that I like people who are proud of themself and believing they are doing what they want.

some people especially girls seem to be bothered by "frenemy".
frenemy refers to someone who disguise themselves as friends though they're actually enemies.
i, on the other hand, want to be someone's "enemiend" i.e. a person who looks like an enemy but is just a frind.
a variation of ツンデレ.

I always pretended I was a really nice friend of so many fuckers in school.

When the graduation ceremony was over, I deleted all their contact information on my phone on my way home.
So when someone sent to me like "happy birthday!" or something I couldn't find out who actually sent one of those.

The word "gaijin(外人)" has "outsider" kind of meaning, so it's more polite to say "gaikokujin(外国人)."

Japanese→Jap)
ことがあるため、日本語でもそうであると理解されているケースや、単純に外人であることで日本社会から疎外されていると感じるケースなどがある。

Why did you bother learning English if you dislike foreigners?
It seems like a waste of your time.

isn't it like a required subject or something?

anyhow, i wish schools took foreign language teaching more seriously here (in america).
like, it was a graduation requirement, and the school didn't really give a shit if
the kids actually learned something about the language or not, just that
they had it on their credits. for real, i'd say about half the kids that had
to take a class passed with the lowest passing grade.

It also doesn't help that there wasn't much variety in the options available.
where i went, we could only choose one of two languages: Spanish, or French.
some other schools in the district offered things like German and Japanese in addition, but
our school was poor so we only had french and fucking spanish.

in my freshman year, it was super relieving when i took 3rd year french and
saw that there were others who actually liked learning the language and using it.
it was super comfy, because my class only had about 12 people in it,
most of the class being super qt grills. also the teacher was a total bro.

At my school, we had Spanish, French, German, Japanese, and Latin.
We were required to take one of those for at least 2 years consecutively.
The levels of dedication were very different between the languages though.
The kids taking Spanish did not care at all, the ones taking French either cared a lot or not at all,
The ones in German were very interested in their language, the ones in Japanese (myself included) practiced Japanese like a religion,
and the few people left over in Latin really just wanted to do well on their SATs, which was respectable and the classes were all filled with smart kids.

Only a few schools teach German and French in Japan.
Most school only English as foreign lang.
Latin? No way.
