すみません、前回小切手送るから送り先詳細くれとかいう内容だったのでその旨返信したのですが、
今度は銀行口座教えろ？とかいう内容が来ました。
前回小切手とかいって今回銀行送金？になった経緯がよく解らないのでお願いします。

i am sorry, you were sent the wrong form on accident. Yours should have read:

Unfortunately your order is past the refund period, and we cannot process a direct refund.
We do have an option to do a direct account transfer for our international customers
so they do not have to wait on a paper check to be mailed to them. To do this, we do need the following information:

Your name/address.
Your bank name/address.
Your account number.
Swift number.

Your bank will be able to provide you with the swift number. Please let me know if this works for you.
