少なくとも、選択肢自体の選択により、またその他多数の創作ポイントが認められ、著作物として明らかに成立する。

著作権法32条1項から、このスレで行われている剽窃、転載行為は法上の引用とは認められない。

著作物の複製又は公衆送信は、著作権者又は著作権者から許諾を受けた者以外が行った場合は違法(著作権法2条1項7号の2,同項15号、21条、23条)。


違法行為を正当だと主張するなら、法的根拠を具体的に明示して反論せよ。
