No way. Do I sound formal? I don't think so. Because, in >>821, I tried using
many colloquial expressions I learned watching American dramas. Binge-watching,
you could call it that. I have watched thousands of American dramas,
with or without English subtitles, in the last 20 years.

My problem is that I CANNOT write "formal" passages. Because I learned English from
TV shows, not by reading books.
