I think we should ride bicycles on the walkway.

First, it is dangerous to ride a bike on the road. Usually cars drive much faster than bikes. If a highspeed car bumps into the rear of a bike, the rider will be seriously injured.

Second, bicycles running on the road cause traffic jams.
Car drivers have to slow down to prevent accidents with cyclists on the road. Not letting bikes run on the road would make the traffic flow smoother.

Finally, cyclists can pay attention to pedestrians not to have accidents with them. It is not difficult for riders to
speed down or even stop and give way to walking people. They can share the walkway safely.
