「in the spring of twenty-two」は「1922年の春」ですよ。
（キャラウェイ）
1915年：イエール大学（New Heven）卒業（22歳）
1917年：欧州戦線従軍（24歳）
1922年：東部に移住、「West EggVillege」に住む。（29歳）
　　その夏、「East Egg」に住むのデェイジー（またいとこ）とトム
（大学の旧友）から夕食に招かれる。そこで、ジョーダン・ベイカー
と出会う。
1923年：無慈悲にもジョーダンを棄てる。（30歳）（下に英語）

（ジョーダンからの情報）
1917年10月：デェイジー18歳、ジョーダン16歳、ギャツビーは陸軍士官。
デェイジーと付き合っている。
1918年：ジョーダン、ゴルフトーナメントに出場開始。
1919年：デェイジー、トムと結婚。前夜、結婚についてためらい動揺する
デェイジーを目撃。翌年、出産。

dizzy for a while.’
‘You said a bad driver was only safe until she met another bad

‘I’m thirty,’ I said. ‘I’m five years too old to lie to myself and
call honour.’
She didn’t answer. Angry, and half in love with her,
