このasはどういう意味でしょうか？

perceived and realが修飾してるのはslightsだけでしょうか？　よくslights, perceived and realというフレーズはよく出てくるので
それともsignalsとunderstandingも修飾してるのでしょうか？

あとこういう場合形容詞の修飾している範囲を見極めるには文脈で判断するしかないんでしょうか？
